The ezCourse Game Module is specifically designed for the real-time activity management of the rounds, while at the same time being an important tool for golfers, field service and operations. Using interactive touch-screen devices, a game tracking device or desktop computer(s).
The Game Player App is used by the golfer. The golfer can have access to a digital scorecard, receiving courses messages, request beverages (F&B Cart), receive course campaigns and advertisement, request assistance (via the emergency SOS button), having the yardage information, and other functionalities.
The game tracker is a simple mobile device (roughly 3.5” size) to be used by golfers without a smartphone with a ezCourse. The game tracker allows the Course to provide the golfer with the following functions : SOS/ Emergency; Remote Request F&B, Yardage, Messaging, and doing the Tracking & Monitoring of the round(s) by course’s operations.
The Front Office accesses the system via the operations user interface, with daily game management activities such as:
ezCourse allows Operators to be proactive (instead of reactive) by identifying potential delays of play When golfers fall behind the target pace of play, the Time Line will alert the Operator by changing colors. This allows Operators to message those golfers or Rangers, correcting the issue.
One of golfers loudest complaints is slow play. ezCourse’sTime Line detects and identifies potential issues before they turn into bottlenecks. The Operations staff can to message the group right from the club house, or can dispatch a Ranger.
